What we collect and why
We collect four kinds of information on tecsply.com, each for one purpose.
- Quote requests from the contact form: your name, company, work email and the request details, used to prepare and follow up the quote, together with the IP address of the request, kept to deal with abuse.
- Tool results you choose to send with "Ask a Tecsply engineer to review this" or "Send the package": exactly the text shown to you before sending, with your contact details and consent, used to answer that request.
- Material-supply alert sign-ups: your email, optional name and company, the topics you chose and when you consented, used only for those alerts.
- Anonymous tool counts: which tool ran and a coarse range such as a layer-count band or a laminate grade. No file content, no personal data and no IP address are stored with them.
Your design files
The production-readiness pre-check and the other tools read files and inputs in your browser. File content is never uploaded; to get a quote, send files through your normal controlled channel. Do not send export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) or CUI data through this website or by ordinary email.
Where it is kept
Requests and sign-ups are kept in Tecsply's Google Workspace mailbox and case records; anonymous counts in our website database. The quote package is kept only in your own browser until you clear it or send it. Draft replies may be prepared with an AI assistant from the text of your message; the request IP address, attachments and messages involving export-controlled or CUI data are never passed to it, and a person reviews and sends every reply.
Your choices
Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email service@tecsply.com. We do not sell personal information.
